For those that wish change

Hello January 2nd. . . GOOD LUCK to everyone who has resolved to get fit, lose weight, & become stronger in 2013. I have complete faith that you can reach the goals you wish to attain. I believe in the importance of physical health. I hope that you come to change through a positive mental attitude & abandon all the ways in which we punish & hurt ourselves. Eat clean & eat clean often- don't become obsessed with counting calories. Please stop seeing food as something you need to deprive yourself of to make you “skinny”. It's unrealistic & it will never bring you freedom. Food is energy & health. Don't become too dependent on the scale. Losing weight will come in time- how you feel overall, how you fit into your clothes & the ease in which you carry yourself are more important daily measurements of health. Strive for strength. Exercise, because it's the boldest physical statement you can make to yourself & to the world to show that you are worth it. If exercise is torture it means you are not doing it right – keep looking for new physical activities that you might enjoy more. Exercise because you deserve to be happy. Allow yourself to believe in yourself so much that you realize the value of your future. You are important. You are here for a reason- become strong for that reason. It's the first step to mastering mental happiness. Don't compare yourself to anyone. Don't make judgments about anyone else. Remember you are not the only person who experiences feelings of doubt & frustration. Become a role-model. Choose to be healthy because your dreams are worth living. <3

Peaceful Motivation

Welcome!

Let us embark on this journey together.

I hope we find our true selves along the way. . .

As someone who has been involved in the health/wellness field for nearly 10 years, I can honestly say that I'm extremely passionate about healthy lifestyle change! I've worked with people of all sizes, ages & conditions. My previous jobs & the wonderful people I've had the pleasure of getting to know along the way have taught me much that I would love to share. As a mother myself, I've experienced the pressures & agony of weight loss. I fully understand how depressing it is when we are not living up to our full potential. I, now more than ever, can relate to only having 15-30 minutes a day for a full workout. While I could not see it at the time, these experiences have made me stronger. I'm starting this blog to spread the word that there is hope. There are physical activities that you can do during a 30 minute time frame that will transform you. It is never too late to declare yourself  as a priority in your own life. This action alone will bring you significantly closer to true happiness. I hope my background along with my intense drive to find inner fulfillment can serve as a peaceful motivation for whomever stumbles across this blog. So, my friend, to you I say
                                  WELCOME!!

Let us share this journey together &

maybe we will find our true selves along the way...
